Creating Passion: Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for analyzing financial data and preparing forecasts, budgets, and financial models to support strategic business decisions

• Identification of trends, variances, and improvement opportunities, with the derivation of actionable recommendations for management

• Planning and coordination of cost center discussions, including analysis of plan-versus-actual deviations and advising business units

• Support and enhancement of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes using modern data and system solutions

• Development, maintenance, and continuous optimization of automated reports and BI dashboards (e.g., using Power BI) to support transparent KPI and financial reporting, complemented by documentation and user training.

• Translation of BU-specific controlling requirements into dashboards, contributing to divisional controlling and IT-related projects and actively participating in the Self-Service Analytics Community.

• Automation and standardization of reporting and data processes to increase efficiency

Contributing Your Strengths: Your Qualifications

Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Business Informatics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills / Special Skills 

• More than 5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling

• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, Power Query) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)

• Experience with ERP systems (Infor LN) is a plus

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and effectively to stakeholders

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into data-driven solutions
