We are currently seeking a Senior Finance Analyst – Growth and Quotations to join our dynamic team. This position can be based in Tczew or Bielsko-Biała (Poland), or Turin (Italy).
In this role, you will lead and coordinate the quotation process for all new growth initiatives across Mobility EMEA, covering both eMobility and traditional businesses, as well as new markets, new applications, and the aftermarket. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure the delivery of accurate, timely cost models and pricing strategies that support informed decision‑making and drive profitable growth.
What you’ll do:
- Ensure the sales team provides timely and high-quality feedback to customers regarding quotations for new products.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, SCM, Product Line, Engineering, and Finance) to prepare accurate and timely cost models.
- Align with Sales Managers and Product Line teams to define the most appropriate market target price prior to cost model development.
- Validate Bill of Materials (BOM) and collaborate with SCM to benchmark and define competitive target prices for purchased components.
- Lead and validate, together with plant teams, the definition of variable and fixed costs for new products, and identify cost-saving opportunities post-SOP (Start of Production).
- Support the standardization of processes, cost models, and approval workflows.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with stakeholders through timely reporting, analysis, and updates.
- Support leadership in driving profitability optimization initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy within the C360 tool to enable proper tracking of quotations, deadlines, and pipeline opportunities.
Qualifications:
- BS degree in Business Administration or Management Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years in Finance Controlling. Experience in large multi-national manufacturing organizations with complex matrix structures.
- Operational Finance Experience onsite (>2 year) and English Knowledge (Italian,German, Polish or French are a plus)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively engage at all levels of the organization and influence decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, with the flexibility to adapt approach and style to different audiences and situations.
- Strong process-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Eaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the spinoff closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.
