We’re looking for an Assistant Finance Controller to partner with plant leadership and drive financial performance, cost control, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
Monitor plant KPIs, costs, and variances
Ensure accurate product costing and financial analysis
Support Capex tracking and operational efficiency initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
At least 2 years’ experience in controlling, reporting, and forecasting
Manufacturing experience preferred (1+ year)
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to influence decisions
