Key Responsibilities• Manage all finance and accounting operations of the company. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships. • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities. • Analyze transportation, fleet, warehousing, and operational costs to improve profitability. • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, VAT requirements, and statutory reporting. • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities. • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. • Implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets. • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making. • Monitor KPIs and support operational teams with cost optimization initiatives.
