The Opportunity The Firm is seeking candidates who will work with our Finance team to evaluate, manage, control and work with our investors. This position allows for involvement and in all aspects of the investment life cycle working with the most complex of assets and a highly skilled team.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities • Overall management/control of project companies and management company. • Manage/review of monthly closing and prepare internal reports. • Cash management and arrange capital call for projects. • Prepare annual budget and control. • Review tax impacts and prepare/manage any tax filing requirements. • Review/arrange internal transactions. • Manage/review external audit. • Review/Control adhoc finance related issues.
