Finance Project Manager

• Responsible for the accounting and invoicing of four to five domestic project companies, including regular internal intercompany reconciliations, tenant reconciliation and collection, as well as supplier payments; • Responsible for the accounting and invoicing of the domestic management company; • Responsible for tax filings (corporate income tax, business tax, value-added tax) and preparation of tax-related documents for the managed companies; • Responsible for organizing accounting documents and archiving contracts for the managed companies; • Responsible for various annual inspections of the managed companies; • Responsible for other finance-related tasks of the managed companies.
