About the PositionAs Catalpa's work in Papua New Guinea continues to grow, we're looking for an exceptional Finance & Operations Coordinator to help keep our projects, people, and systems running smoothly. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our PNG operations. You'll be the person who helps make things happen—coordinating logistics, supporting project delivery, managing suppliers, organising travel and events, maintaining operational systems, supporting finance processes, and helping ensure our team has what they need to succeed. You'll work closely with our PNG Country Coordinator, project teams, consultants, suppliers, and Finance team to provide high-quality operational support across a diverse portfolio of projects. No two days are the same. One day you might be coordinating logistics for a provincial workshop, managing vehicle maintenance, supporting a procurement process, or organising travel for a visiting consultant. The next, you could be assisting with accounts payable, driving across town to collect printing orders and supporting safety and security arrangements.
