Financial Analyst - Market Neutral Fund

About the RoleWe are seeking a Financial Analyst with a strong foundation in traditional finance and quantitative analysis to join our digital assets market neutral hedge fund. This role sits at the intersection of conventional financial markets and decentralized finance, focusing specifically on tokenized real world assets (RWAs) and their implementation on blockchain infrastructure. Key ResponsibilitiesYou will analyze and evaluate tokenized real world asset protocols, conducting due diligence on projects bridging traditional assets—such as treasury securities, corporate bonds, commodities, equities, funds and credit products—to blockchain platforms. Your work will involve assessing underlying asset quality and analyzing the economic models of DeFi protocols facilitating RWA integration. You will be directly responsible for growing the RWA part of the book, which means you will spend most of your time researching structural features of tokenization platforms—such as custody arrangements, legal frameworks, redemption mechanisms, and counterparty risk. You will collaborate with the broader team of the fund, including the quantitative and developer or back-office teams, but most of your time will be spent within the small DeFi-focused team where we evaluate protocol economics, token incentive structures, and smart contract risks, ensuring investment decisions incorporate both financial fundamentals and blockchain-specific considerations.
