Financial Operations Controller (Hybrid)

Join our dynamic team at EUROPEAN DYNAMICS as a Financial Operations Controller and play a crucial role in overseeing the financial and operational activities of multiple entities of the Group. Working along with a team, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, integrity and timeliness of financial information, managing accounting systems and acting as a link between finance, operations and other departments of the Group. Key responsibilities include: • Managing and maintaining accounting systems and records; • Monitoring month-end and year-end closing processes; • Preparing financial statements, forecasts and performance reports; • Liaising with external auditors for the finalization of the annual statutory audits; • Supporting and reviewing most aspects of accounting management (invoicing, journal entries, account reconciliation, reporting etc.); • Monitoring the day-to-day management of multiple entities of the group; • Handling communication with clients, partners and other stakeholders; • Participating in business development activities and setting up new entities; • Oversee the payroll preparation for the entities of the group worldwide; • Participation in the finance transformation projects;
