We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as an Financial Services Officer.
Principal Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance to customers experiencing financial difficulties through phone, email and face to face meetings to discuss debt restructuring proposals.
- Ensure customers are fully understand the pros and cons of debt restructuring.
- Prepare debt restructuring proposals in line with prevailing policies for submission to the Manager for approval.
- Perform internal administrative tasks, including closing existing accounts and opening new General Restructure Facility (GRF) for the customer.
- Utilize the Collections Front-end Application (e-cafe) and related banking systems to record and review account details while meeting agreed productivity and performance targets.
Requirements:

- Form 5 (HKCEE) or Form 6 (HKDSE) or above
- Relevant banking/collections experience preferred.
- Confident customer communication (phone and face-to-face).
- Strong analytical/problem-solving; self-motivated to meet deadlines/targets.
- Strong Cantonese & English (Putonghua a plus) with solid PC skills.
