The Role: Impact & OwnershipAs our Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the go-to person for our Finnish players. We believe in empowering our team to actually solve problems, not just pass cases around. What you’ll be doing: • Multichannel Support: Assisting players via phone, chat, and email regarding account queries, payments, and general support. • End-to-End Resolution: Solving cases fully—you own the player's journey from start to finish. • Operational Integrity: Approving withdrawals, handling KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation, and running daily security checks. • Strategic Feedback: Spotting trends and sharing insights with internal teams to improve our processes and products. • KPI Driven: Contributing to a high-performing team atmosphere and meeting service level targets.
