What You´ll Do • Support engineering teams in defining and refining flight test requests, transforming technical objectives into efficient and structured flight test campaigns • Plan and coordinate flight test activities while ensuring safety remains at the center of every operation through detailed hazard identification and mitigation strategies • Define data acquisition requirements and collaborate on the development of robust testing and measurement solutions • Execute flight tests at multiple test sites across Europe, working hands-on with advanced aerospace systems in dynamic operational environments • Analyze flight test data, identify key findings, and deliver clear, conclusive reports that drive technical decision-making and system improvements • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, operations, and program management to accelerate development cycles and improve testing efficiency
