The Floater Sales Representative is responsible for all sales activities for assigned product(s) in a defined geographical area.  The Floater Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving maximum sales volume through promotion of Ferring Products to physicians, pharmacists, wholesalers, hospitals, clinics, and other approved distribution outlets. This representative has the opportunity to move into a permanent geography after 18+ months as a floater. Responsibilities:: • Contribute to Territory, District and Ferring success by promoting and selling Ferring products to attain or exceed established sales quotas. • Serve as primary Ferring contact with assigned customers in territory. • Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports to management and other Ferring stakeholders as required. • Ongoing engagement with members of Ferring team focused on skill development • Identify and pursue new business opportunities. • Effectively deploy and pull through territory resources including marketing materials, programs, samples and other available and approved sales tools. • Create, own and develop effective relationships with approved and targeted customers. • Monitor and manage Territory expenses, budgets and sample allotments. • Represent Ferring at appropriate professional industry meetings and seminars. • Being responsible for following all the compliance and legal rules set forth by Ferring to interact with customers
