Compensation SnapshotEmployment Type: Independent Contractor Location: Fully Remote Time Commitment: Full-Time Monthly Base Compensation: USD $1,500–$2,200 per month, depending on experience, FlutterFlow capability, product thinking, AI proficiency, and overall alignment with the role. Performance Incentives: Monthly KPI and performance incentives based on successful product delivery, build quality, innovation, collaboration, and measurable business outcomes.

You'll help design, prototype, build, iterate, and continuously improve AI-powered mobile applications using FlutterFlow while collaborating closely with UX designers, developers, automation specialists, AI engineers, and executive leadership. This is an AI-first role. You'll actively leverage AI to improve planning, prototyping, documentation, interface design, testing, and product development.
