Levy specializes in providing food and beverage to major entertainment and sports venues around the world. Outside of horse racing, Levy operates in several MLB, NFL, NBA, MLS, NHL, NCAA, and MILB venues, with other exciting ventures in motorsports, festivals, tennis, ski, retail, restaurants, cultural attractions, and convention centers. Levy is apart of a family of companies, Compass Group. Other New York Levy locations include properties such as USTA Billie Jean Tennis Center, Legoland, Barclay’s Center, Forrest Hills Stadium, and Javits Convention Center.

Belmont Park is a major thoroughbred horse racing facility located in Queens, NY. Originally built in 1805, Belmont Park is operated by New York Racing Association alongside several partners including Levy. Attracting thousands of guests every season, Belmont Park will host world class events such as the 2027 Belmont Stakes and the 2027 Breeders Cup.

• Friday, July 24, Saturday, July 25 & Sunday, July 26 | 10:00 AM–3:00 PM

  • Please arrive at least 1 hour before the session ends. The hiring process can take up to 1 hour to
    complete. Candidates who arrive later are not guaranteed to complete the process

WHERE

• Aqueduct Racetrack 110-00 Rockaway Blvd. South Ozone Park, NY 11420
• Driving? Parking is available in the outdoor surface lots. Enter from Rockaway Boulevard or Aqueduct Road
  through the main gates, then follow signs to the Resorts World casino entrance or the Aqueduct Racetrack
  grandstand.
• Taking the train? Exit at the Aqueduct–North Conduit Avenue station onto North Conduit Avenue. Walk east
  toward Cohancy Street, turn left onto the sidewalk, and continue past the stable gates and across the outdoor
  parking lot to the main building

Job Summary

Delivers food to guests in a timely, professional, and efficient manner while maintaining the chef's table and buffet stations to ensure quality presentation and guest satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Delivers food to guests
• Sets up, stocks, replenishes, and maintains the chef's table and buffet throughout service.
• Monitors food quality, freshness, presentation, and cleanliness of the chef's table and buffet.
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Interacts with guests to assure guest satisfaction.
• Interacts with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards.
• Completes side work as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
