2+ years of experience in a selling or customer-facing role, ideally as an SDR
Familiarity using GTM software tools like Clay and Apollo to drive pipeline
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
Strong results orientation with a proven track record of exceeding activity and pipeline goals
Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and coaching
