Apply NowWe're hiring a Fractional Growth Hacker to own our top-of-funnel and experiment relentlessly with how we attract, convert, and retain clients. This isn't a brand awareness role — we need someone who ties every activity to pipeline and revenue, builds fast, learns faster, and isn't afraid to scrap what doesn't work. Key Responsibilities • Client Acquisition & Demand Generation • Develop and run experiments across channels to drive qualified leads — think LinkedIn, SEO, content, cold outreach, paid, referrals, and beyond • Build and optimize landing pages and funnels for service sign-ups and discovery calls • Identify and test the highest-leverage acquisition levers specific to the VA/remote staffing market • Work with the sales team to shorten the lead-to-close cycle
• Retention & Expansion • Map the client journey and identify drop-off points that are costing us renewals or upsells • Design and test re-engagement and upsell campaigns for existing clients • Collaborate with the People & Culture team on MySigrid-side retention signals that affect client satisfaction
• Brand & Employer Presence • Grow MySigrid's visibility as a go-to provider in the virtual assistant / remote staffing space • Partner on content and employer branding initiatives that attract both clients and top VA talent • Identify partnership or co-marketing opportunities with adjacent businesses or communities
• Analytics & Iteration • Own the growth dashboard — set up tracking, report on key metrics, and make data-driven calls • Maintain a living experiment log: what we tested, what we learned, what's next • Bring clear, prioritized recommendations to leadership without needing to be asked
