Apply NowLocation: Dulce Nombre de Alajuela, Costa Rica Position Summary A Visitor Center located in Dulce Nombre de Alajuela is seeking a Front Desk / Administrative Assistant to provide direct customer service support, assist the tour guide team, and support daily operations. This role requires strong customer service skills, organization, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities at the front desk. • Greet and assist visitors with and without reservations. • Provide information about tours and available services. • Answer phone calls and manage customer inquiries. • Organize and share the daily tour guide schedule. • Assist with last-minute operational requests. • Welcome vendors and guide them within the facilities. • Accurately enter and maintain guest information (nationality, contact details, etc.). • Collect tour payments and manage cash and card transactions. • Support point-of-sale operations when required. • Prepare event quotations and follow up with potential clients. • Assist with sales reports, bank transfers, and electronic invoicing when needed. • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and communicate ideas to leadership. • Support the implementation of operational programs and action plans. • Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments.
