Job Summary:
As the Front Desk Agent, you are the face of the hotel! You are the first point of contact for all guests and help make their stay a memorable one. If you are new to hospitality, a front desk agent is a great starting point with huge potential for upward mobility.

Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a warm, friendly, prompt and professional manner.
- Oversee the registering of guests, issuing of room keys, providing information on hotel services and room location, and processing payments for stay, and guest room move request according to brand standards.
- Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner with a pleasant, energetic voice.
- Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests passing by.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Help resolve discrepancies with guest bills.
- Ensures that the Front Desk is kept tidy and clean at all times.
- Communicate with maintenance and housekeeping staff to ensure guest needs are met.
- Handles confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent–required.
- Computer skills with ability to learn quickly –required.
- Basic reading, spelling, and math skills –required.
- Ability to converse clearly and comfortably in English with many different types of people–required.
- Ability to work with guests using good social manners, diplomacy and tact –required.
- One year of customer service experience –preferred.
The expected pay range is $ 20.00/hr - $ 22.92/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
