What will be your mission?

Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel is looking for a highly capable and service-driven Front Office Supervisor to join its Front of House leadership team.

Located in Piazza della Repubblica, the hotel is one of Rome’s leading luxury addresses, with 232 rooms and suites, a rooftop terrace and pool, and a guest experience shaped by the standards of Anantara Hotels & Resorts.

Reporting directly to the Front of House Manager, this is an ideal opportunity for a hospitality professional who is ready to take full control of the daily Front Office operation, lead from the floor, support and develop the team, and ensure a smooth, confident and polished guest journey at every stage.

What will you do?

 

  • Supervise daily Front Office operations
  • Support and coordinate the Reception team during daily activities
  • Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
  • Handle guest requests and operational challenges with professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge and operational departments
  • Ensure compliance with luxury hospitality procedures and standards
  • Assist the Front Office Manager with departmental operations

What are we looking for?

  • Supervise and lead the daily operation of the Front Office
  • Ensure smooth handling of arrivals, departures, room allocations, guest preferences and billing procedures
  • Act as the main operational reference point for the department on a day-to-day basis
  • Maintain excellent service standards and a strong guest-focused culture across all shifts
  • Handle guest enquiries, complaints and service recovery with professionalism and confidence
  • Support, coach and develop the Front Office team to ensure consistency and performance
  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Relations, Butlers and other operational departments
  • Oversee shift organisation, team presence, and operational follow-up
  • Ensure compliance with procedures, standards, reporting and system accuracy
  • Step into a broader departmental leadership role whenever required by the operation
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial Front Office role within a luxury hotel
  • Strong operational knowledge of Front Office procedures and guest service standards
  • Confidence in leading a team and managing the department on a daily basis
  • A hands-on approach, strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced luxury environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage
