Our portfolio includes products like Xponentiate (AI-powered recruitment platform) and the 2070 Agentic Platform (AI workflow orchestration engine). We're a lean, fast-moving team where engineers work across multiple products, ship frequently, and directly impact millions of lives. Role Overview We're looking for a Frontend-heavy Fullstack Engineer who can own and deliver complete features across our product suite. You'll build beautiful, performant user interfaces while being comfortable diving into backend services when needed. This role is ideal for someone who: • Loves crafting pixel-perfect, responsive UIs • Is excited about AI-powered products and LLM integrations • Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments • Can context-switch between multiple products and codebases Responsibilities Primary (Frontend — 70%) • Build and maintain production React/Next.js applications using App Router and React Server Components • Implement complex UI components with streaming, Suspense boundaries, and optimistic updates • Own frontend architecture decisions (RSC vs client components, caching strategies, PPR) • Build AI-powered interfaces (chat UIs with streaming, voice interfaces, multi-modal inputs) • Implement real-time features using Server-Sent Events, WebSockets, and Vercel AI SDK • Optimize for performance (Core Web Vitals, Turbopack, bundle analysis, lazy loading) • Ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.2) and responsive design across devices

Secondary (Backend — 30%) • Build and extend FastAPI endpoints with Pydantic v2 validation • Work with PostgreSQL (with pgvector), MongoDB, and Redis Stack • Integrate with LLM providers using structured outputs and tool calling • Understand and contribute to workflow systems (Temporal, Inngest) • Write Dockerfiles and contribute to CI/CD pipelines
