Full Stack Developer (Workplace Technology Solutions)

Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Full Stack Developer to join our Workplace Technology Solutions team. This role will primarily focus on backend application development (80%) with some frontend responsibilities (20%), supporting the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of internal and client-facing workplace technology applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Golang development, containerized environments, and modern Git workflows, along with a basic understanding of DevOps practices.   Key Responsibilities Backend Development (80%) • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Golang and the Gin Framework. • Build and optimize microservices and RESTful APIs to support workplace technology solutions. • Develop secure, reliable, and high-performance applications following software engineering best practices. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development and production environments. • Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions. • Perform code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and documentation.

Frontend Development (20%) • Develop and enhance user interfaces for internal and customer-facing applications. • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and stakeholders to deliver responsive and user-friendly web applications. • Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and services.

DevOps & Deployment Support • Build, manage, and maintain Dockerized application environments. • Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities. • Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure smooth application delivery and performance. • Follow established Git workflows for source control, branching, code reviews, and release management.
