• Build & Design Develop end-to-end product features using a modern stack: Node.js (TypeScript), Angular, Python, LangGraph, Postgres, and AWS CDK. As a Tech Lead here, you won’t just integrate AI models - you’ll help create the AI agents, tools, and capabilities themselves. You’ll work on the most impactful AI capabilities, whether for smarter features, better workflows, or more personalized usage. We’re always building what’s next, not what’s already crowded. You’ll own solutions from database to UI, shipping real value, not just tickets.

• Architect the Future Take part in high-level architectural decisions, technical research, and design. You’ll help shape scalable, robust, and forward-thinking systems that can grow with our customers and our product vision.

• Collaborate with Purpose Work directly with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to build a seamless, intelligent platform experience. You’ll translate real needs into elegant, reliable software that makes a tangible impact.

• Lead & Mentor Lead and mentor engineers while cultivating a culture of excellence and knowledge-sharing. You’ll raise the bar on engineering standards through code reviews, design sessions, and hands-on collaboration.
