Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter with a strong agency recruitment background who can independently manage the end-to-end hiring process. This role requires a proactive, results-driven recruiter who excels at outbound sourcing, builds strong candidate pipelines, and consistently delivers hires in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate has extensive experience sourcing talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Google X-Ray techniques, job boards, and alternative sourcing channels, and can effectively move candidates through the funnel from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
Key Responsibilities• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, offer management, and candidate closing. • Conduct high-volume outbound sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Google X-Ray search, job boards, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods. • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple open roles. • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and hard-to-find talent. • Conduct structured candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. • Manage candidate communications and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities. • Track recruitment KPIs and hiring metrics to optimise sourcing effectiveness and time-to-fill. • Negotiate offers and confidently close candidates to achieve hiring targets. • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining speed and quality of hire.
