Full-stack Engineer (CDC)

About the roleCP Axtra’s Supply Chain Tech is the engine behind how goods move at scale. We’re looking for a backend-first Fullstack Engineer who’s comfortable owning services end-to-end— and who’s happy to jump into the frontend when it helps us ship great features. You’ll work in a product-minded, collaborative team that values learning, pragmatism, and steady delivery. Responsibilities • Design, build, and operate backend services and APIs that are secure, observable, and scalable. • Contribute across the full SDLC: discovery, design reviews, implementation, testing, release, and iteration. • Add the right amount of frontend (e.g., React/Next/Vue) to land features with polish and usability. • Write maintainable code with unit/integration tests; participate in code reviews and CI/CD. • Measure and improve reliability and performance (metrics, logs, traces; incident followups and runbooks). • Document decisions (ADRs), share context, and collaborate closely with Product, QA, and other engineers.
