We are looking for a powerhouse Fullstack Digital Marketing Manager to lead our Growth Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee specialists across Performance Ads, CRM, and SEO, driving integrated full-funnel strategies. You are not just a manager but a growth architect who understands how to bridge the gap between paid media, organic search, and lifecycle retention to maximize ROI and lower CAC.

Key Responsibilities • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing team of specialists (Ads, CRM, SEO), fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. • Full-Funnel Strategy: Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across Meta, Google Ads, Email/CRM journeys, and SEO content frameworks. • Performance Oversight: Direct the Performance Ads team in campaign architecture, high-budget optimization, and rigorous tracking to ensure maximum ROI and efficient CAC. • Lifecycle Marketing: Guide the CRM specialist in building sophisticated customer journeys, automation workflows, and advanced segmentation. • Data-Driven Reporting: Own the digital marketing reporting process, translating complex multi-channel data into actionable growth insights for stakeholders. • Budget & Media Planning: Manage significant digital marketing budgets across all platforms, ensuring optimal allocation and performance. • Creative Collaboration: Lead the development of high-impact creative briefs, partnering with design and video teams to produce performance-first assets. • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Web Development, Sales, Media, and PR teams to ensure a unified and cohesive brand presence.
