Job Contents

  1. Ensure effective and correct Transfer Agency operations, and ensures the accuracy and timely dispatch of customer and regulatory reports.
  2. Foster positive client relationships.
  3. Problem solving on system or operation procedures. Improve standard of service and operation efficiency.
  4. Initiate system enhancement requirement and work with multiple internal/external parties.
  5. Speak up and timely escalation for process improvement as well as client issues.

Skills Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above with major of business related.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with SITEs Transfer Agency operations and systems.
  • Good command of English both in writing and speaking.
  • Good communication and management skills.
  • GPAD covered

License/Qualification Requirement

  1. 信託業管理人員 (Trust Level 3)
  2. 銀行內部控制與內部稽核測驗
  3. 金融市場常識與職業道德
