2. Best practice playbooks and positioning

You’ll translate product behavior and results into sharp, credible guidance that strengthens Lupine’s positioning.

  • Create “How to use Lupine to…” playbooks e.g.:

    • launch a CRO program from scratch for a stretched ecommerce lead,
    • unblock an over‑stretched experimentation team that needs more ideas,
    • scale ideation for mature CRO programs.
  • Turn real Lupine runs into anonymized best practice case studies and walk throughs

  • Maintain a living set of “golden paths” - recommended workflows from first login to first shipped test, for each key persona and partner context

  • Collaborate on public facing documentation, FAQs, and self‑serve help content that reflect how Lupine actually works today and how we recommend people use it to get value fast.

  • Partner with Sales and Customer teams to identify which moments in the Lupine journey most reliably create “aha” for users, and ensure those are emphasized in demos, onboarding, and in‑product prompts.

  • Work with Product Marketing to align these best practices with the Lupine messaging framework and feed back new patterns you see in the field.

3. Growth and funnel metrics

You will be accountable for helping move a defined set of growth metrics, in partnership with Product, Marketing, and Growth.

  • Map, instrument and monitor the Lupine growth funnel:

    • website > signups,
    • free trial starts,
    • free trial activations,
    • conversion from free trial to paid,
    • ongoing usage and expansion
    • Generate hypotheses about drop offs and propose on-website, in-product, and onboarding tests to improve them.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design to design and prioritize experiments ensuring they are framed as proper tests with hypotheses, success metrics, and readouts.

  • Help define and refine Lupine’s internal KPIs and usage “North Star” signals and report trends and insights back into product strategy.

4. Usage analytics, insight, and gamification

You’ll help make Lupine feel addictive and rewarding for serious CRO teams.

  • Analyze how different customer types actually use Lupine and surface patterns the product team can build around.
  • Identify opportunities for light touch gamification or progress signaling
  • Work with Product to define event taxonomies and in product signals that improve Lupine’s planned memory and personalization capabilities

Nice to have

  • Prior experience at, or consulting for, a CRO or experimentation platform (VWO, Optimizely, Kameleoon, etc).
  • Experience designing or running light gamification or progress tracking mechanics in B2B SaaS tools.
  • Familiarity with Lupine’s target personas (ecommerce managers, growth managers, CRO leads) and the realities of their daily work.

How this role will work with the team

You will report into the Lupine Product team and work closely with:

  • Product Management - to shape hypotheses, prioritize ideas, and translate findings into roadmap decisions.
  • Growth & Marketing - to design and run improvements across the website and free trial flows, and turn product usage into compelling stories.
  • Sales / CS / Agency teams - to understand how Lupine performs in live customer contexts and what “wins” look like to them.
