Position Name: GRC and Internal Control Expert
Reporting Position: Compliance Officer/GRC Officer
Years of Experience:  minimum 4 years
Location: Pune
Purpose of the Position (Short Summary of the Role):- To set up a Standard ICS and Process Audit department for strengthening systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities &Tasks:
1) Support in

2) Conducting quarterly internal audit assignments of major operational processes and critical assignment if any suggested by management which includes-
o Planning audit assignments and its scope
o Preparing audit program and checklist
o Conducting interviews of process owners, identifying process gaps, testing documentation and evidence, discussing the findings and suggesting action plans to the process owners
o Systematically examine financial transactions and accompanying documentation including data analysis and testing procedures
o Draft audit findings, recommendations to the process owners and communicate such findings clearly and concisely in an audit report.
o To ensure the implementation of improvement suggested through open audit point tracker
o Adequate documentation of work and preparation of final audit report
Developing and designing Internal Audit Process questionnaire to carry out the audits.

3) Support and Coordinate for implementation of VW Group level KRL policies related to HR, WFI, Finance , Procurement and IT.  To ensure adoption, implementation and publication of code of conduct, GRC related policies and mandatory training compliances- like gift, conflict of interest, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering etc.Prepare and develop the local “GRC Program “under ICRA (Integrity Compliance Risk Assessment) measures for VWITS as per the Group Guideline
