Gen AI Software Engineer

We are seeking a GenAI / Applied AI Software Engineer to join one of our client's team and contribute to ongoing AI and automation initiatives within contact center and BPO environments. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys building real-world AI solutions in production — not just prototypes. You will work on voice AI, automation pipelines, data processing, and AI-powered customer experience solutions in a multi-cloud environment. You’ll collaborate with a small, senior team while being trusted to operate autonomously and ship practical solutions.
