Your Responsibilities• Sales & Conversion: Actively engage with German-speaking leads to guide them through the loan application process and promote our card products. • Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and SMS, providing solutions that balance customer needs with business goals. • Onboarding & Verification: Manage the customer journey from the first click to final verification, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant. • Portfolio Growth: Collaborate with the Payments and Collections teams to ensure customer retention and high satisfaction levels. • Market Insight: Use your sales expertise to identify customer pain points and suggest improvements to our product offerings.
