We are looking for a customer-focused support professional who can diagnose and resolve technical issues, deliver timely and high-quality service, collaborate effectively across teams, and communicate clearly while adhering to data privacy and operational standards. Your tasks would be: • Take full ownership of customer-reported issues, ensuring they are thoroughly managed through to resolution; • Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, identifying effective solutions in a timely manner; • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams, following established procedures and protocols; • Deliver prompt, accurate, and reliable information to customers, adapting communication style to suit varying technical skill levels; • Provide clear guidance on products and services, adhering to defined customer service and call-handling procedures; • Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries while consistently maintaining high-quality service standards; • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve service-related issues in line with company processes • Maintain strict compliance with data privacy and security policies; • Foster positive and professional communication with customers, team members, and business partners.
