As our Digital Content & SEO Specialist, you will be the guardian of the Ego online experience. You’ll bridge the gap between creative storytelling and technical performance, ensuring our global websites are not only visible to search engines but are also winning in the new era of AI-driven search (SGE/LLMs). You’ll manage the flow of product information, optimize the consumer journey using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and turn data-driven insights into high-ranking content.

Please note: this is a 12 months maternity cover contract.

The Ideal Candidate

You are a "Technical Creative" with 1–2 years of experience who thrives on precision. You don’t just "write content"—you understand how search engines and AI models crawl and categorize information. You are organized enough to manage a Product Information System (PIM) and curious enough to experiment with A/B testing and new AI performance tools. You’re a collaborator who can speak "tech" to developers and "brand" to marketing leads. Recent Graduates and Entry-Level Applicants are encourage to apply.

What You’ll Do

  • Content Orchestration: Utilize Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to author, update, and deploy engaging website content across global and regional sites.
  • SEO & AI Optimization: Use tools like SEMrush and AI LLM performance trackers to conduct keyword research and optimize on-page content for both traditional SERPs and AI search experiences.
  • Data-Driven Growth: Partner with the Analytics lead to run A/B tests via Adobe Target and analyze user behavior to improve the consumer journey.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, high-quality product information within our PIM system, ensuring our digital catalog is always market-ready.
  • Support & Evolution: Manage global digital support requests and assist in transitioning legacy international sites to modern, mobile-optimized experiences.

What You’ll Bring

  • Digital Fluency: 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Content, or Analytics roles.
  • Technical Toolkit: Familiarity with Website Development Content and SEO tools (SEMrush, Google Search Console, or similar). Experience with Adobe/Google Analytics is a major plus.
  • The "Ego" Mindset: A commitment to Quality, Innovation, and Ethics. You have a sharp eye for detail and never settle for "good enough" content.
  • Project Rigor: Strong organizational skills to manage ticketing requests and stakeholder expectations across domestic and international teams.
  • Communication: The ability to translate complex data into clear reports and actionable content guidelines.
