Job Purpose: The Group Product Manager is responsible for driving category growth through the development of marketing strategies, innovation plans, and new product launches, ensuring brand consistency, market relevance, and successful execution across assigned categories.
Responsibilities/Results: The job holder: • Owns the global marketing strategy and 3-year innovation roadmap for assigned product categories, defining category growth opportunities and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and brand strategy.
• Leads and drives global innovation initiatives and product portfolio strategy, providing strategic direction for new product concepts, launches, and lifecycle management. • Owns the development of strategic campaign platforms and key communication assets, including visual identities, TV commercials (TVCs), and integrated marketing initiatives, presenting recommendations to senior management. • Acts as the category leader and key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across markets, commercial teams, partners, and cross-functional teams to successfully deliver category objectives. • Analyzes consumer insights, market trends, competitive landscape, and category performance to identify growth opportunities and drive strategic recommendations for assigned categories. • Leads, coaches and develops the Product Management team, setting priorities, fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful delivery of category objectives, innovation projects and talent development plans.
