We are looking for a hybrid profile that combines commercial execution with a strategic market vision. This person is not a pure salesperson; they serve as the key link between the business, the client, and regional expansion. They will be responsible for opening new markets, closing deals, ensuring operational success for acquired clients, and co-designing the product expansion strategy across LATAM. They will report directly to regional leadership and work closely with teams in Asia to facilitate bidirectional client flows between LATAM and Asia.

Commercial Development • Build and manage an active client pipeline in Colombia as the primary launch market. • Identify and close opportunities in other LATAM markets (Mexico, Argentina, others). • Lead high-level commercial presentations; in markets where a regional leader is present, support deal closing. • Develop a deep understanding of the LATAM payments ecosystem: competitors, regulation, and potential partners.

Client Success & Operations • Support post-sale operations as the primary point of contact for the client. • Resolve operational bottlenecks between the client and internal teams (billing, compliance, onboarding). • Collaborate with functional teams to define and scale processes in new markets.

Expansion & Strategy • Co-design the product launch and expansion strategy in Colombia and other LATAM countries. • Collaborate with Asia teams to develop bidirectional client flows between LATAM and Asia. • Support building the business processes and operational structure in the region.
