Graduate Management Consultant - Summer 2027

We are seeking graduates for junior consultant positions in Oslo to support our growing business in Europe and the Middle East. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a strong interest in the energy sector, consulting, and the Energy Transition.

Key Responsibilities: You will work on challenging assignments requiring quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive insights and conclusions. As a member of project teams, you will engage closely with clients to shape their decisions and strategies. You will travel to client sites as required but work primarily at the Rystad Energy’s premises.

Desired Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree from a renowned educational institution
• Solid academic results
• Proven analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Experience or keen interest in applying AI tools and systems
• No more than three years of work experience
