Overview of the Role As part of the Software Engineering stream based in our Ferrara office, you will support the development and enhancement of internal technology systems across the business. You will: • Contribute to building and improving business-critical applications • Write clean, structured code in Python and/or Java • Support debugging, testing and optimisation of systems • Collaborate on backend systems and, where relevant, frontend components • Apply strong algorithmic thinking to real-world technical challenges

You may contribute to projects across areas such as Digital Assets, Credit Technology or Quant Trading, depending on team placement and business needs. You will gain exposure to enterprise-level systems operating within a financial services environment.
