As part of our continued investment in building a strong technical talent pipeline, Seplat Energy is seeking high caliber engineering and technical graduates to join its 2026 Technical Graduate Trainee Programme.

The Technical Graduate Trainee Programme is a high impact, structured development programme designed specifically to attract, develop, and retain early‑career professionals with strong technical aptitude and growth potential.

Principal Accountabilities

The programme combines:

  • Hands‑on, on‑the‑job technical experience
  • Structured technical training and engineering learning pathways
  • Exposure to real operational and project environments

 

Graduates will develop core technical competencies, engineering problem‑solving capability, and professional skills, enabling them to transition effectively into Seplat Energy’s demanding technical and operational roles.

Participants will work alongside experienced professionals, gain practical exposure to industry‑grade tools and systems, and build the foundation for a long‑term technical career in the company.

Education

Bachelors in Engineering Discipline or Science
