The team values efficiency, attention to detail, accountability, and strong internal collaboration. About the RoleWe are hiring a Graphic Designer to support a busy internal design workflow. This role is highly execution-focused and ideal for someone who thrives in production environments and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll work on a wide variety of projects, including signage, banners, trade show graphics, large format printing, and offset print materials. This position does not involve direct client communication, as all customer interactions and project coordination will be handled internally by the team. Responsibilities• Read and interpret job details and design requests inside Corebridge • Manage and monitor a continuously updated design queue • Handle approximately 20–40 design requests daily • Create production-ready artwork for signage, banners, trade show graphics, and print materials • Prepare files accurately for large format and offset printing • Manage projects ranging from single-item requests to larger multi-component orders • Collaborate internally with sales and production teams through Google Chat • Proactively seek clarification when project details are unclear • Maintain organization and efficiency while working under tight turnaround times • Independently move projects through the workflow while flagging issues when needed • Attend biweekly check-ins and weekly company meetings
