  1. 個人戶之開戶作業審核處理
  2. 個人戶之案件預審及系統維護處理
  3. 確保每日之作業正確率及Service Level Agreement
  4. 確保案件內容與系統資料相符及文件詢問與回覆
  5. 協助案件查詢進度及解決問題以提供更好的服務予前台同仁

<Skills Requirements>

  • 具備良好客戶服務與溝通能力
  • 熟悉MS office文書軟體為佳 (如:Word、Excel、Power Point…等)
  • 中/英打每分鐘40字為佳
