Due to continuous growth and expansion, Sunlight Group offers a great opportunity and is seeking to attract a Group HR Business Process & Systems Expert to join our Human Resources team at Sunlight’s Athens premises. The Group HR Business Process & Systems Expert is responsible for owning and continuously improving the HR operational backbone across Sunlight Group. As a Group role, the position drives the design, governance, standardization and optimization of HR systems, processes and data across countries and entities, enabling a scalable, digital and data-driven HR function. The role ensures effective HR technology, clear process governance, trusted people data and actionable workforce insights that support business performance, operational excellence and a consistent employee and manager experience across the Group. Key activities and responsibilities of this role include: • Own and manage the Group HR systems landscape, ensuring effective functionality, continuous improvement and alignment with business needs. • Design, standardize and continuously improve HR processes, in close cooperation with HR business owners, to drive consistency, efficiency and operational excellence across the employee lifecycle, including hire-to-retire, organizational changes, rewards, performance, talent and reporting. • Act as the owner of HR data governance, ensuring accuracy, integrity and a single source of truth for all people-related information. Establish audit routines and clear accountability for data quality across all SAP countries. • Develop and monitor HR KPIs, dashboards and workforce analytics, delivering actionable insights that support business decision-making. • Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization and process optimization, leading continuous improvement initiatives that improve HR efficiency and enhance the employee and manager experience. • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, integrations and continuous improvements in HR service delivery. • Lead or support HR systems implementations, upgrades, testing and integration projects, ensuring effective training, communication, user support and adoption across HR teams and managers. • Develop and maintain HR process documentation, governance standards, user guidelines and RACIs. • Monitor HR operational performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement. • Act as the subject matter expert for HR systems, processes and data, providing guidance and support to HR teams and business stakeholders.
