Key Responsibilities: Technical Vision & Architecture Ownership • Ability to roll up your sleeves and get into the details and be hands on where needed. • Define and drive the architectural strategy, as well as ensuring systems are built for long-term performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability. • Lead complex, cross-functional system design initiatives, covering real-time workflows, large-scale data processing, and distributed services. • Establish and enforce engineering standards and best practices across development teams.

Engineering Leadership  • Lead, mentor, and foster continuous growth for a group of full-stack engineers, promoting a culture of ownership and engineering excellence. • Drive strategic organizational scaling through active involvement in the hiring process. • Build clear career development paths for team members.

Strategic Delivery & Business Impact • Collaborate closely with Product Management and Business teams to define technical roadmaps, strategy, and ensure execution aligns with core company goals. • Work cross-departmentally with teams to deliver robust systems and exceptional user experiences. • Oversee the successful end-to-end delivery of large, complex, and cross-team initiatives. • Translate complex mobility and optimization challenges into robust, scalable technical solutions.
