Group Training Assistant Student

Responsibilities

✈️ Support new Flight Crew with logistics arrangements and onboarding matters
🔄 Assist Flight Crew during onboarding by monitoring workflows, handling communication, and liaising internally and externally
📊 Support the onboarding team with daily operational tasks (reports, document control, ad-hoc duties)

Minimum Requirements

🎓 Active student status for at least the next 2 semesters
⏱️ Availability to work 30 hours/week
🌍 Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken & written)
💻 Experience with relevant computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
🚀 Proactive, positive, problem-solving mindset
