Your Role at a Glance

• Handle incoming reservation requests for groups and events in a timely and professional manner
• Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Check hotel availability and allocate bookings in line with revenue management strategies
• Advise customers via phone and email, gather requirements, and create customized offers
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Management, and Banqueting teams to ensure seamless service
