  • Experience in a sales, group bookings, reservations or guest services role — ideally within travel, tourism or hospitality

  • Confidence working across multiple systems, databases and digital platforms

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders

  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer and partner experiences

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and multiple projects at once

About The Role

As the Groups Sales Executive, reporting to the Groups and Campaigns Manager, you’ll support the success of Journey Beyond’s Groups and Charters portfolio by coordinating group opportunities from enquiry through to delivery. Working closely with Business Development Managers, internal teams and trade partners, you’ll help ensure every group journey is seamless, accurate and well supported.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a key point of contact for group and charter enquiries
  • Support BDMs with group bookings, allocations, amendments and special requirements
  • Liaise with reservations, operations and revenue teams to ensure clear communication and delivery
  • Contribute updates and insights to monthly group meetings
  • Take initiative to identify and streamline group sales processes and ways of working across all Journey Beyond brands

 

You’ll also play a part in strengthening how we work by:

  • Building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Supporting the development of sales tools and resources, including the Groups Pack
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and overall group performance

 

This is a collaborative, hands‑on role that blends coordination, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement to help deliver outstanding group travel experiences.
