You will drive renewals, expansion, and long-term customer value — partnering closely with Solutions Engineers who lead technical implementation, while you focus on business alignment, relationship management, and growth. This is a high-impact, commercially-oriented role operating across a portfolio of 40–50 customers. What You’ll Do• Own renewals and expansion across your portfolio • Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and identify growth opportunities • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor • Lead regular check-ins and business reviews • Align customer goals with NinjaCat capabilities • Proactively identify risks and coordinate resolution • Partner with Solutions Engineers, Product, and Support to deliver outcomes
