Who We Are iPiD empowers financial institutions, payment service providers, and enterprises with a single global API for Know Your Payee (KYP) verification—reducing fraud, reducing costs, staying compliant, and streamlining cross-border payments, globally. We are a fast-growing fintech startup, founded by a global team of industry veterans from iconic organizations like SWIFT and Thomson Reuters. Supported by leading investors such as Monk's Hill Ventures, Jungle Ventures and Saison Capital, and guided by an advisory team featuring C-suite leaders from Microsoft, Commonwealth Bank, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Our team combines global expertise with local insights; we are present across key cities—including Singapore, Hanoi, Kuala Lumpur, Mumbai, Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris, London, New York, and Dubai. Role overview This is a new role at the centre of how iPiD builds and runs its sales pipeline systems. Reporting to the Director of Growth and Brand, you'll own account targeting and outbound systems, working from ICP (ideal customer profile) data to build and run outbound motions, keeping the pipeline visible and accurate end to end. You're often the first person a prospect interacts with at iPiD, so you're shaping brand experience as much as generating pipeline. Business development’s success is shared with marketing, and this role sits right at that intersection If you like interacting with clients, building systems, working with data, and owning objectives, this role is built for you.

Core Responsibilities: • Outbound prospecting systems — building and running targeted outbound motions against ICP data, using outbound tools and our growth stack • First-touch experience — triaging and qualifying inbound leads, with first touch engagement on prospect conversation; they’re the first person a client talks to at iPiD • Pipeline data & visibility — full ownership of deal logging, stage accuracy, and pipeline hygiene in Pipedrive • Field marketing — event logistics end to end, turning pre- and post-event and conference activity into pipeline follow-up

What Success Looks Like • Consistently generates high-quality pipeline that contributes to revenue growth. • Builds strong alignment between marketing and sales to improve pipeline conversion and collaboration. • Delivers measurable impact through targeted outbound strategies and effective account engagement. • Maintains accurate pipeline data to enable reliable forecasting and informed business decisions.
