This role is primarily responsible for owning and driving Human Resources execution, with a strong emphasis on recruitment. The individual is expected to operate with a high level of precision, accountability, and independence, while also maintaining disciplined oversight of accounting operations. This is not a coordination role — it requires end-to-end ownership, strong judgment, and consistent delivery at a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (Primary Focus)
- Own and drive full-cycle recruitment from role definition through to offer closure, with full accountability for outcomes
- Partner directly with hiring managers to define hiring needs, challenge assumptions, and ensure role clarity
- Proactively source, assess, and close high-quality candidates across key roles
- Build and maintain strong, ready-to-convert talent pipelines for critical positions
- Ensure a structured, efficient, and high-quality interview process with no gaps in communication or candidate experience
- Own ATS integrity, recruitment tracking, and reporting with a high standard of data accuracy
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes with discipline and attention to detail
- Act as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters, ensuring consistency and sound judgment
- Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and people data at all times
- Support performance management and core HR processes with rigor and follow-through
Accounting & Finance (Secondary Focus)
- Own day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records with zero tolerance for errors
- Support monthly closing and reporting processes in a timely and structured manner
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls
- Coordinate effectively with external accountants, auditors, and service providers
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience across HR (with clear ownership of recruitment) and accounting or finance operations
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage and close hiring processes end-to-end
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability for accuracy and completeness
- High standards of execution with a disciplined, structured approach to work
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality
- Strong judgment, reliability, and follow-through
- Clear and effective communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders confidently
- Excellent English proficiency (professional level required), both written and spoken
