Position Snapshot
•    Nestlé Waters in Italy, Ruspino Plant – San Pellegrino Terme (BG)
•    Nestlé welcomes people with disabilities
•    Full-time, fixed-term contract - Maternity Cover 
•    Diploma or First level University degree with a focus in Business or Economics
•    Previous experience in HR Payroll, ideally gained in a multinational environment.
•    Proficiency in English and Italian is necessary. 
•    Payroll certification would be a plus.

 

Position Summary
You will be responsible for delivering accurate and on-time monthly payroll for Nestlé Group Italy Employees in compliance with local legal and company policies. 

 

A day in the life of a Plant HR Administrator: 
•    Ensure end to end processes are properly defined and executed
•    Driving any issue resolution to achieve desired results
•    Act as a trusted partner with our key local partners
•    Drive and validate payroll system configuration evolution
•    Seek for continuous process improvement, prioritize, and drive enhancement.

 

What will make you successful? 
•    Strong relationship and problem-solving skills
•    Good analytical skills
•    Flexible, fast, and dynamic approach
•    Team player 
•    Knowledge of CCNL Industria Alimentare would be a plus.
