As an HR Assistant, you will be involved in the full spectrum of Human Resources activities, in a role that offers a wide variety of responsibilities and daily challenges. The company provides a broad range of opportunities for professional, methodological, and personal development, as well as the chance to actively contribute to the design and continuous improvement of HR functions. 

Task Description

  • You will handle administrative and operational HR tasks across the entire employee lifecycle, including candidate communication, preparation of employment contracts, certificates, and references, working closely with managers and department heads.
  • You will actively participate in the planning and implementation of modern talent acquisition practices, including the organization and evaluation of career fairs, events, and alternative recruitment channels.
  • You will identify appropriate learning and development opportunities, select external training providers, and organize training programs.
  • You will contribute to the improvement and further development of HR processes, as well as the preparation of HR reports and key performance indicators.
  • You will actively participate in the planning and implementation of modern HR projects (e.g. employer branding), contributing to the shaping of NIKI’s future working environment.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social or Economic Sciences, Psychology, or a related field with a focus on Human Resources.

  • Internship or entry-level professional experience in Human Resources or HR Administration.

  • Strong organizational and structured working skills, combined with a high level of interpersonal awareness and understanding of human relations.

  • Team-oriented mindset, creative approach, and professional attitude.

  • Confident personality with an open mindset and an international outlook.

  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications.

  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.

  • Knowledge of back-office administrative processes.

  • High level of discretion, flexibility, extroversion, reliability, professionalism, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Knowledge of the German language.
  • Familiarity with ISO certification standards and company compliance procedures.
  • Experience with digital HR management tools and HR information systems.
  • Basic knowledge of labor law and employment regulations.
